CNT prints preview

HP02F-PECF92 was a 3D printed (FFF) part shaped according to ISO 527 type 1b specification. The imaged section (REV) was located at the center of the part (narrow gauge section). The sample feedstock material was 3DXtech© CarbonX PEEK+CF10 filament. This material contains 10% by weight high-modulus chopped 50–250 μm long, 5-10 μm wide carbon fiber.
HPO2F-TA3 was a 3D printed (FFF) part shaped according to ISO 527 type 1b specification. The imaged section (REV) was located at the center of the part (narrow gauge section). The sample feedstock material was 3DXtech© 3DXSTAT􀀀 ESD-PEEK. Referred to as ‘ESDPEEK’ in this work. This material contains multi-wall CNTs (3DXtech Ltd., 904 36th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508, USA). The manufacturer has not disclosed the dimensions of the CNTs. Typically, such CNTs are 10–50 μm long and 10–30 nm wide.
