Soil bacterial (16S rRNA) and fungal (ITS) OTU abundance tables from Robinia pseudoacacia forests under three coppice generations in Mount Tai, China: primary seedling stands (PR), second-generation coppice stands (SR, after first clear‑cut), and third-generation coppice stands (TR, after second clear‑cut). Data were used for analyzing microbial community composition, diversity, and assembly processes under forest disturbance.
