SNCF opinion ratings barometer since January 2022 (Harris Interactive)

This dataset is derived from the barometer image of the SNCF which measures the opinion of the French on the SNCF according to the following 5 indicators: the overall opinion, perception of punctuality, price, innovation, passenger information and environmental commitment of SNCF.In January 2022, SNCF evolved the questionnaire and only asks questions on a semantic scale. Thus, it no longer broadcasts an average score in 10, but a percentage of favourable opinions.Any use of this data must take into account the historical breakdown caused. This questionnaire is administered monthly, by email, to 1000 French people on the basis of a national representative sample. SNCF has commissioned the independent Harris Interactive polling institute to carry out this barometer.
