Single-cell multi-omics sequencing reveals genomic, epigenomic and transcriptomic dynamics during lymph node metastasis in breast cancer

This dataset is related to "Single-cell multi-omics sequencing reveals genomic, epigenomic and transcriptomic dynamics during lymph node metastasis in breast cancer" published at Genomics, Proteomics and Bioinformatics. We sequenced 589 tumor cells from seven breast cancer patients with single-cell multi-omics. The detailed information of the sample could be found in meta.csv. The code for the main figure is produced by R. Raw copy number, DNA methylation and gene expression matrix are provided.
