Binning summary data for four collections: 1) <b>CONCOCT_5</b>, the automatic binning, 2) <b>VIRAL_FINAL</b>, the bins after manual refinement deemed to be viral, 3) <b>MICROBIAL_FINAL</b>, the bins after manual refinement deemed to be microbial, 4) <b>MAGS</b> the 5 MAG bins only. Within each directory is an index.html that can be opened in a browser for closer inspection. Individual files are also provided. <br>Self-Contained profile and contig databases for each MAG are also provided. <br><br>
