知产宝（IPhouse）知识产权大数据分析数据集覆盖知识产权裁判重点要素的全部法律数据信息，将知识产权完整生命周期数据进行结构化解析后，提取重点主客体信息要素，提炼与解析为知识产权大数据分析数据集合。延伸形成贯穿知识产权创新主体创新活动及客体全流程的裁判规则、商标评审规则、专利评审规则集合，并将上述数据信息进行横向关联，实现数据集成互通及交流共享。 主要应用对象为： 机关、园区单位，如法院、知识产权行政机关、创新科技园区相关工作人员； 企业客户，包含企业创新研发、应用、转化人员，知识产权相关管理人员； 服务机构，从事知识产权相关服务的律师事务所、知识产权代理机构等从业人员； 科研院校、机构，从事自主研发创新的科研人员，或促进知识产权转化应用的工作人员。

The IPhouse Intellectual Property Big Data Analysis Dataset covers all legal data information focused on key elements of intellectual property adjudication. Through structural parsing of the full lifecycle data of intellectual property, it extracts key subject and object information elements, and consolidates these into a targeted intellectual property big data analysis dataset. It further expands to form collections of adjudication rules, trademark review rules and patent review rules that span the entire process of innovation activities of intellectual property innovation entities and their corresponding intellectual property objects. Additionally, it establishes horizontal correlations across the aforementioned data to realize integrated data interconnection, exchange and sharing.
