Usp17l can regulate the expression of 2C gene through Dux in mouse embryonic stem cells

In order to study Usp17l can regulate 2C gene expression through Dux, we overexpressed Usp17le and knockdown Dux.Then we performed gene expression profiling with the data obtained from the RNA-seq. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for WT,Usp17le OE, Usp17le OE-Dux KD, Dux KD, Dux KD-Usp17le OE groups.
