According to the results of a monthly survey conducted by GEM Partners, more than 13 percent of respondents in Japan had the impression that Disney+ offered content that could not be watched on other platforms as of April 2021. A comparison with other subscription video on demand (SVoD) services showed that Disney+ was one of the leading services when it came to the perceived content exclusivity.
