The County Managed Property layer represents parcels owned by Sarasota County and managed by various county groups. Properties are displayed by a Property Status attribute value describing any potential surplus or retention designation. Completed in May 2018, Sarasota County completed a review of all county-owned lands. The goal of this review determined what properties would be retained or declared as potential surplus.县属管理地产图层包含萨索塔县（Sarasota County）所有且由本县各部门管理的各类地块。各地块通过「地产状态（Property Status）」属性值进行展示，该属性值会标注地块属于拟处置剩余资产还是保留自用。萨索塔县于2018年5月完成了对本县所有国有土地的全面清查，本次清查旨在明确各地块的处置方向：确定哪些地块需保留自用，哪些将被认定为拟处置剩余资产。
