We used microarrays to define genes differentially expressed in the presence or absence of AAV2-DIO-HDAC5-3SA in both D1 and D2 cell-types derived from Nucleus accumbens following vTRAP.本研究采用基因微阵列（microarray）技术，对经vTRAP（病毒介导的时序控制翻译核糖体亲和纯化）操作后、源自伏隔核（Nucleus accumbens）的D1型与D2型细胞中，存在或缺失AAV2-DIO-HDAC5-3SA条件下的差异表达基因进行了鉴定。
