We took a global approach to identify the genome-wide transcriptome in native murine eosinophils sorted from the bone marrow of C57BL6J mice at homeostasis. Overall design: RNA Seq eosinophils sorted from C57BL6J bone marrow. RNA Seq libraries were prepared from 2 independent sorts.
