The Oceanetic 908 Thermistor Buoy ID 300234060594000 was deployed on 2018-04-05 at Finlayson Islands. The Finlayson Islands are located near Cambridge Bay in the Kitikmeot Region of Nunavut. This device is a Ice Buoy. Ice Mass Balance Buoys measure various parameters including ice surface and bottom position, ice drift, meteorological data, and snow-ice-ocean temperature profiles. It was deployed on a mobile platform. Data from this deployment were archived and made available through Ocean Networks Canada's Oceans 2.0 digital infrastructure, with quality assurance and derived data products following established practices.
