印太交汇区海洋真核微生物18S rDNA序列数据集

环境样本采集自西太平洋、东印度洋、南中国海和东中国海的表层海水。采用18S rDNA V4区通用引物和下一代高通量测序获得的18S rDNA序列数据集进行PCR扩增。该数据集用于研究印太交汇区真核微生物的分子多样性和连通性。Environmental samples were collected from surface seawater in the Western Pacific Ocean, Eastern Indian Ocean, South China Sea, and East China Sea. The 18S rDNA sequence dataset was generated via PCR amplification using universal primers targeting the V4 region of 18S rDNA, followed by next-generation high-throughput sequencing. This dataset is employed to investigate the molecular diversity and connectivity of eukaryotic microorganisms in the Indo-Pacific convergence zone.
