Liver cancer is one of the most prevalent and lethal human cancers. Mouse models of cancer are instrumental in the understanding of disease and the development of new treatments for patients. In this project we compare similarity of chemically induced mouse liver cancers to human liver cancers. Complementary views on this dataset are available through different repositories. Sample histology image files have been deposited in BioStudies archive at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI).
