A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the cropland ecosystem at Jinzhou Station (2011-2014, 2016)

Based on EC technique the observation of carbon and water fluxes of spring maize agricultural ecosystem has been carried out at the Jinzhou Agricultural Ecosystem Field Observation Station. The station is located in Yingtun county of Taihe district, Jinzhou, Liaoning province, which represents a typical temperate spring maize agricultural ecological region. Following the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications, we processed the raw observation data of the period 2011-2014 and the year 2016 to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. The data for each year consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
