The number of GO and KEGG terms for which differential enrichment was identified in lists of differentially-expressed genes generated by each of two methods (columns). SAM = Significance Analysis of Microarrays. 1 = Two-class unpaired, false-discovery rate = 0.00. 2 = Two-class unpaired, Benjamini-Hochberg corrected, false-discovery rate  = 0.05. 3 = Two-sided, p = 0.01, Standard Bonferroni Correction. 4 = Two-class, α = 0.05.
