失效数据库是管道完整性管理的重要基础,目前我国尚未建立完整的氢失效数据库。本研究收集了大量公开的氢失效事故案例,先对事故进行统计分类,按照事故统计结果和先验失效概率计算方法得到先验失效概率数据集。采用以贝叶斯理论为基础的失效概率修正方法,根据事故统计确定事故因子,后将管道基础失效概率进行修正,得到氢介质管道的后验失效概率,得到失效概率数据集。依托现有文献和公开数据,参照HyRAM(HydrogenRiskAssessmentModels)数据结构,收集并整理了氢安全事故的失效案例。建立失效数据库,统计了事故发生的时间地点、设备材料尺寸、事故后果以及引发事故的原因,构建了氢失效数据库。

Failure databases are a crucial foundation for pipeline integrity management. Currently, a comprehensive hydrogen failure database has not yet been established in China. This study collected a large number of publicly available hydrogen failure accident cases, and first conducted statistical classification on these accidents. Based on the accident statistical results and prior failure probability calculation methods, a prior failure probability dataset was derived. A failure probability correction method based on Bayesian theory was adopted: accident factors were determined according to accident statistics, and then the baseline failure probability of pipelines was corrected to obtain the posterior failure probability of hydrogen-bearing pipelines, thereby generating the failure probability dataset. Relying on existing literature and public data, and referring to the data structure of HyRAM (Hydrogen Risk Assessment Models), failure cases of hydrogen safety accidents were collected and organized. A failure database was subsequently built, which records the time and location of accident occurrences, dimensions of equipment and materials, accident consequences, and accident causes, thus completing the construction of the hydrogen failure database.
