Data on age, reproductive parameters and body size of bycaught harbour porpoises collected along the Norwegian coast 2016-2017

This data set contains data on age, reproductive parameters and body size from 134 bycaught harbour porpoises collected along the Norwegian coast 2016-2017. All physical analyses were performed according to standard methods as described with references in Frie and Lindstrõm 2024 (Exploring the effects of methodological choices on the estimation and biological interpretation of life history parameters for harbour porpoises in Norway and beyond, PlosOne). In addition, we present data sourced from two external publications that were used for comparative analyses with the Norwegian focal data set by Frie and Lindström (2024).
