Transport Distance eDNA metabarcoding

This project contains data related to the dispersal and retention of eDNA in a freshwater lotic system. Samples were collected in Colorado for eDNA metabarcoding. The project includes collection data, raw data from an Illumina NextSeq system, and output files from a bioinformatics pipeline. Results from the pipeline include two primers; a fish-specific 16s and MiFish-U. Two databases were also used; a locally created database (results are codes rather than full scientific names) and NCBI, as accessed through MIDORI2.
