This dataset supports the publication: M. Buze and J. R. Kermode. Numerical-continuation-enhanced flexible boundary condition scheme applied to Mode I and Mode III fracture, Physical Review E, 2021. It comprises one .tar.gz archive containing a number of sub-directories and files as described in more detail below. Part I - Toy Model Code and data needed to generate Figures 1-9, coded in Julia 1.1.1. (1) Folder "setups" includes Julia scripts in which all the numerical schemes are coded.  (2) Folder "computations" includes Jupyter notebooks that use these scripts to generate the data. (3) Folder "data" includes all the necessary data that was computed in the Jupyter notebooks.  (4) Jupyter notebooks "plots1.ipynb" and "plots2.ipynb" contain all the codes used to generate Figures 1-9 in the paper.  Disclaimers: (a) "plots1.ipynb" and "plots2.ipynb" work as given and can be run to reproduce all the figures.  (b) data in the folder "data" is the original data computed. (c) Jupyter notebooks in the folder "computations" are a loose collection and are not intended to be reproducible - they are merely added for completeness, in the sense this is precisely the code that was used for numerical computation associated with the paper, but it was used in an ad-hoc manner. Any potential reader is advised to get in touch with Maciej Buze (see current contact details at https://mbuze.github.io ) to discuss how to use them properly.  Part 2 - application to Silicon (111) Fracture Code and data needed to generate Figures 10-13 is contained in the Si-111 subdirectory. See the `figures.ipynb` Jupyter notebook for further details. This is coded in Python 3.6. Details of the packages and scripts required are given at the top of the notebook.
