Reconnaissance Drones in the Russo-Ukrainian War: The Vector System Between Technological Innovation and International Cooperation

This scientific paper explores the role ofreconnaissance drones in the Russo-Ukrainian war, witha specific focus on the German unmanned aerial system“Vector” developed by Quantum Systems.
