RNA sequencing transcriptome of db/db mice fed a high-fat diet and db/m mice on a control diet

Feeding db/db mice a high-fat diet deficient in methionine and choline has provided insights into the phenotypic manifestations of MASH, we sequenced the transcriptomes of the livers of MASH group and db/m mice (Control group) on the control diets to analyze the differential genes between the two groups, thus laying the groundwork for further exploration of this disease in the context of dietary influences.
