Checksum information and sequencing service report from AGRF

This record includes checksum information for the files received from the Australian Genome Research Facility (AGRF), generated using ExactFile. The directory contains two files: “checksums.exf”, which lists MD5 hashes of the original files from AGRF’s data server, and “TestFiles.exe”, an applet used to verify file integrity. File integrity was confirmed using the command md5sum -c checksums.md5. The AGRF next-generation sequencing service report is also provided.
