Dieses Supervisionsjournal beschreibt den Verlauf eines zweijährigen Supervisionsprozesses in der Schulsozialarbeit. Eine Analyse der Rahmenbedingungen von Schulsozialarbeit samt Problemen, Ressourcen und Potentialen bietet einen Boden für den Entwurf eines Praxisprojektes. Im Zentrum des Supervisionsprozesses stehen die Begleitung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiterin in der Schulsozialarbeit und die Förderung der Kooperation zwischen Jugendhilfe und Schule. Das Supervisionsjournal zeigt anschaulich auf, wie die integrativen Modelle und Konzepte Ko-respondenz und Ko-operation, Kommunikative Kompetenz und Performanz sowie Feld, Felddynamik und Feldentwicklung den Supervisionsprozess theoretisch gründen und leiten. This journal describes the development of a process of supervision about two years in social work at school. A profound analysis of the working framework conditions as well as the problems, resources and potentials offers the base for the design of a project. The accompaniment and support of the social worker in her work at school and the advancement of co-operation of youth welfare and school are the focus of the process of supervision. The journal illustrates clearly using the integrative models and concepts like co-respondence and co-operation, communicative competence and performance as well as field, field dynamic and development of the field.
