Analysis-ready derived dataset for therapeutic clinical development in non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis

This analysis-ready derived dataset supports the study “Therapeutic diversification in clinical development for non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis”. It contains trial-level and relational variables for 215 unique therapeutic clinical trials reconstructed from a Citeline Trialtrove export dated 19 June 2026. Analysis-critical fields were checked against official trial registries, regulatory or sponsor sources, and primary trial publications when source information was missing, ambiguous, inconsistent, truncated, or implausible. The workbook includes one trial-level table and separate relational tables for intervention components, mechanisms of action, molecular targets, primary endpoint domains, and trial-conduct countries. These data support the reported historical, mechanistic-diversity, sponsor–phase, endpoint, geographic, and drug–mechanism analyses. The underlying Citeline Trialtrove source records are proprietary and are not redistributed in this deposit. Access to the original Trialtrove records is governed by Citeline licensing. No individual-participant data are included.
