NRS-4889 | Minutes of proceedings of the Executive Committee [New South Wales Medical Research Council]

These are minutes of the committee set up at the inaugural meeting of the Council. They are mainly concerned with the preparation of a questionnaire to research institutions and the definition of the functions and membership of the Council. In connection with a latter a draft bill for a medical research act is included as an appendix. Only three meetings of the Committee are included and although the minutes of the last meeting end with the note "Decided that the next meeting of the Committee be held at 7.30 p.m. on 13th January, 1947", there seems to be no record of further meetings.
