云南省普洱市-卫生-临床决策支持数据产品

本数据产品数据来源为普洱市医院信息系统数据，项目收集了普洱市66家医疗机构（5家三级医疗机构、30家二级医疗机构、31家一级及以下医疗机构）的全病历数据，涵盖病案首页、电子病历、检查检验报告、医嘱、费用明细、费用结算、医保结算等数据，再进行数据治理、加工形成高质量的医疗数据产品。本产品基于患者的全流程诊疗数据，对患者疾病、处方、诊断结果进行综合性分析，为临床医生提供治疗方案推荐、用药指导等决策支持。

This medical data product is sourced from the hospital information system data of Pu'er City. The project collected complete medical record data from 66 medical institutions in Pu'er City, including 5 tertiary medical institutions, 30 secondary medical institutions, and 31 primary and lower-level medical institutions. The collected data covers multiple categories such as front pages of medical records, electronic medical records (EMR), examination and laboratory reports, medical orders, expense details, expense settlement, and medical insurance settlement. After undergoing data governance and processing, high-quality medical data products are finally formed. Based on the full-process diagnosis and treatment data of patients, this product conducts comprehensive analysis of patient diseases, prescriptions and diagnostic results, providing decision support including treatment plan recommendations and medication guidance for clinical physicians.
