This dataset contains the SPEI raster dataset of the Qilian Mountains spanning from 1961 to 2020, with a geographic coordinate system of WGS_1984 and a projected coordinate system of Albers. By calculating the difference between monthly precipitation and potential evapotranspiration as well as the degree of deviation of this difference from the average state, cumulative sequences of water surplus and deficit based on different time scales are constructed. This dataset features multiple time scales and can comprehensively reflect the evolutionary process of regional dry-wet conditions.
