Habitat types and biotopes: Wetland Inventory, VMI

Object of the Wetland Inventory (VMI). The data contains the delimitation of the VMI object (surface), a central point, and an ID (LOID). Scale 1:250,000. At Sweden level (1:6 400 000) and down to 1:250,000, only inventories > 1000 HA are shown. Under 1:250,000 all invented wetland areas are displayed regardless of size. NOTE: Data on Jämtland and Skåne County have some errors, so for use in these counties it may be better to search data via the county administrative board’s GIS portal.
