The Supplemental information of the manuscript "Human SRY expression at the sex determining period is insufficient to drive testis development in mouse"

The dataset is supplemental information of our paper entitled "Human SRY expression at the sex determining period is insufficient to drive testis development in mouse."  This file includes 1) the non-cropped gel images, 2) the supplemental gel images for genetic analysis, 3) the details about our genetic analysis protocol and the sequence result of our analyzed animals, and 4) the in vitro study data of translation study on human SRY at the murine Sry locus.
