List of legal persons carrying out activities in the field of air protection

Publicly available on the Agency’s website. There is a possibility of registering users on three different user levels — two by HAOP (base administrator and person responsible for updating the base) and one by Environmental Protection Inspection. The database contains a list of all issued decisions of the Ministry of Protection of the Environment and Energy to legal persons with information on the date of the request, issue, enforceability (start of validity), the validity period and the class and registration number of the decision, as well as the date of accreditation of the test laboratory, i.e. the legal person. The database shall also contain a list of methods for measuring air quality and emissions to air from stationary sources and checking the correctness of the continuous emission measurement system, for which legal persons are accredited, and shall specify the substances whose concentrations are monitored by those measurement methods. List of legal persons holding an MZOIE licence/consent to carry out activities of monitoring air quality and emissions to air from stationary sources and checking the correctness of the continuous emission measurement system. Legal basis: Air Protection Act (OG 130/11, 47/14) Targeted beneficiaries: Legal persons engaged in the activity of monitoring air quality and emissions to air from stationary sources and checking the correctness of the measuring system for continuous emission measurement, Environmental Protection Inspection, all economic operators that are legally obliged to monitor air quality and emissions into the air as part of their activities, others (e.g. institutions, citizens, public, etc.).
