Long-read (ONT) soil metagenome co-assembly (268k contigs, metaMDBG v1.2)

metaMDBG v1.2 co-assembly of pooled Oxford Nanopore long reads from Australian soil metagenomes. Working set filtered to contigs >=10 kb OR >=10x coverage: 268,290 contigs, 5.62 Gbp, N50 21,609 bp, 448 circular contigs, mean coverage 4.53x. Derived from the reads in NCBI BioProject PRJNA1400213. FASTA headers retain metaMDBG length/coverage/circular fields. Version note: Version 1.0 is the native-header analysis assembly (metaMDBG ctgNNN contig IDs) to which the associated Bakta annotation and gene-set-enrichment (KofamScan/KEGG/fgsea) results are keyed — cite this version DOI (10.5281/zenodo.21369457) to reproduce those analyses. An NCBI Foreign Contamination Screen–cleaned derivative (adaptor-split at internal Nanopore adaptors, contigs renamed, 269,046 sequences) is deposited to NCBI GenBank under BioProject PRJNA1400213 and mirrored as Version 2.0 of this record.
