Data from "Diversification, disparification, and hybridization in the desert shrubs Encelia"

This dataset includes a few folders
morphological_data: this folder contains morphological and physiological data summarized to the species level; column names closely align with those provided in Table S3 of the manuscript
gene_trees: this folder contains gene trees inferred from 29K ddRAD loci. Tip names follow Table S1 of the manuscript. These are the gene trees used to infer the species tree presented in the paper.
concatenated: this folder contains the concatenated alignment based on 31K loci and 3.9 Mb of data. Sample names follow Table S1 of the manuscript. This is the alignment used to infer the individual-level tree presented in the paper.
variants: this folder contains a variant VCF file, one per lineage. These variant files were used to infer population genetic parameters.
