Real RNA Structure Dataset: Genus × Length Census

Structural census of 127,207 natural RNA secondary structures (bpRNA-1m, ArchiveII, RNAStrAlign) stratified by genus of pseudoknots and length of sequences, with counts of independent sequence families per stratum (CD-HIT-EST, 80% identity), along with complete provenance information for each entry. This was designed to establish, based on data rather than on assumption, which strata of genus by length contain enough independent structural families to allow inference; the foundation for the sampling design used in the rest of this work.
