WGS of two novel phylogroups of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA14 clade isolated from the Churince hydrological system on Cuatro Cienegas, Coahuila

Genomes sequenced in this project represent two novel Pseudomonas aeruginosa phylogroups belonging to the PA14 clade that are indigenous to the Churince hydrological system in Cuatro Cienegas, Coahuila. The endemicity of these subclades is a novel and significant result with respect to the population genetics of this bacterium, since the well-known three P. aeruginosa clades contain clinical and environmental members that are highly variable with respect to geographical origin and time of isolation, whereas the Churince phylogroups are homogeneous.
