Human Proteome Ligand Coverage Atlas — per-protein data (10 curated proteins)

Per-protein data files backing the Human Proteome Ligand Coverage Atlas & Protein Entry web app (see the accompanying code repository target-human-web). Contains one folder per UniProt accession for 10 curated human proteins (A0A075B6I6, O00116, P10721, P35318, Q1AE95, Q6UW68, Q8NG11, Q96AB6, Q9H4H8, Q9UBB6). Each folder includes the full UniProt record (JSON), AlphaFold / AlphaFill / experimental PDB structures (CIF), Bgee tissue-expression tables, KEGG pathway KGML, LigQ known and predicted ligand tables, and matched literature reactions. Extract new_data.tar.gz into the repository's new_data/ directory to run the app locally. Provenance: generated by a UniProt/InterPro pipeline (UniProt REST, AlphaFold DB, AlphaFill, RCSB PDB, Bgee, KEGG, LigQ, and USPTO50K/PaRoutes2 reaction datasets).
