This dataset includes the Regional Ocean Modeling System (ROMS) output used in the Undzis and Moriarty (2025) demonstration project. For this project, ROMS was implemented for July 1 – August 5, 2019, for the Alaskan Beaufort Sea shelf.

bath: Ocean bathymetry in the model grid
bed_porosity: Porosity of each sediment layer in the seabed
bed_thickness: Thickness of each seabed layer
bstrcwmax: The maximum bed shear stress, from the combined wave- and current-induced bed shear stresses
bustrw: Wind-induced bed shear stress in the u-direction
bvstrw: Wind-induced bed shear stress in the v-direction
mud_05: Suspended sediment concentrations for unaggregated mud from the Colville River
mud_06: Suspended sediment concentrations for aggregated mud from the Colville River
mudfrac_05: The fraction of each vertical seabed layer that is comprised of unaggregated mud from the Colville River
mudfrac_06: The fraction of each vertical seabed layer that is comprised of aggregated mud from the Colville River
mudmass_05: The mass of unaggregated mud from the Colville River in each vertical seabed layer
mudmass_06: The mass of aggregated mud from the Colville River in each vertical seabed laye
ocean_time: Model time
