面向恶劣天气下的系统功能风险隐患影响分析项目需求,针对2020年8月18日受“海高斯”台风影响前后,深圳市福田区主要城区的城市道路路网交通状态演化进行分析,考虑2020年8月7日至8月21日的时间范围下,采集深圳市福田区台风打击下的城市路网交通状态演化数据集。其中,数据集所包含的城市道路断面流量数据和断面交通速度数据均依托于前置数据集:2021YFB1600101-004 重点路段交通流量及速度数据,并从中选择了其中70条城市道路路段对应的流量及速度数据作为研究对象,该部分数据的采集、整理、校核等过程与课题一所一致。 同时,为确保天气特征采集数据的数据源官方可信,本数据集还收集了由深圳市气象局官方网站的福田监测点采集得到的对应时间段内降雨量数据作为天气部分的模型输入数据。为了确保数据结构清晰且符合相关实际需求,本课题计划针对采集得到的原始数据集进一步实施数据平滑去噪、数据集缺失值填补、不同天气数据与交通状态数据拼接、时间粒度校核、拼接时间点校核等多个预处理和审核操作,从而收集整理得到最终的数据集,并用于测试本课题所提出的恶劣天气下城市路网交通状态演化预测模型。 因此,本数据集最终选择了2020年8月7日至2020年8月21日,受“海高斯”台风影响前后,福田区70个检测器所在的主要城市道路断面流量和对应速度数据,以及该时段内基于深圳市气象局的福田监测点收集得到的相关降雨量数据,数据时间粒度为5分钟,数据集大小为2.19MB。

To meet the project requirements for analyzing the impacts of system functional risks and hidden dangers under severe weather, this dataset focuses on the evolution of urban road network traffic conditions in the main urban area of Futian District, Shenzhen, before and after the impact of Typhoon Higos on August 18, 2020. The dataset covers the time period from August 7 to August 21, 2020, and collects the evolution data of urban road network traffic conditions in Futian District, Shenzhen under the influence of the typhoon. The cross-sectional traffic flow data and cross-sectional traffic speed data included in this dataset are all based on the precursor dataset: Key Road Segment Traffic Flow and Speed Data (2021YFB1600101-004). 70 urban road segments were selected from this precursor dataset as the research subjects, and the data collection, organization, verification and other processes of this part are consistent with those of Project 1. Meanwhile, to ensure the official credibility of the weather feature data source, this dataset also collects the rainfall data in the corresponding time period collected by the Futian monitoring station on the official website of the Shenzhen Meteorological Bureau as the model input data for the weather module. To ensure clear data structure and alignment with actual requirements, this study plans to perform multiple preprocessing and verification operations on the collected raw dataset, including data smoothing and denoising, missing value imputation, concatenation of weather data and traffic condition data, time granularity verification, and concatenation time point verification. The final dataset is thus compiled and used to test the urban road network traffic condition evolution prediction model under severe weather proposed in this study. Therefore, this final dataset includes the cross-sectional flow and corresponding speed data of the main urban roads where the 70 detectors in Futian District are located, from August 7 to August 21, 2020, before and after the impact of Typhoon Higos, as well as the relevant rainfall data collected by the Futian monitoring station of the Shenzhen Meteorological Bureau during this period. The time granularity of the data is 5 minutes, and the total size of the dataset is 2.19 MB.
