用于天津市道路照明的路灯EEI分析数据

不同的场景下对灯具有着不一样的照明需求,例如对灯具能效等级的要求。通过采集用于天津市道路照明的路灯的输入电压、电流、光通量和功率因子等参数测算得到EEI,从而确定灯具的能效等级,就可以明确灯具在天津市的道路照明需求,可以为厂商优化灯具设计方案提供数据支撑,提高灯具的节能性能和使用寿命。1.数据来源:在灯具出厂前,随机抽取用于天津市道路照明的路灯成品,采集该路灯输入电压、电流、光通量和功率因子等参数。 2.数据处理(1)基于采集的参数对灯具进行能效等级EEI分析: EEI=IV*PF/Pref;其中PF是功率修正因子:Pref是灯的参考功率,Фuse为灯的有效光通量。当中Фuse<1300lm时:Pref=фuse的平方根乘以0.88的积再加上0.049 Фuse ;当Фuse≥1300lm时:Pref =0.07341Фuse (2)若EEI≤0.11,为A++级;0.11≤EEI≤0.17,为A+级;0.17≤EEI≤0.24,为A级;0.24≤EEI≤0.6,为B级:0.6≤EEI≤0.8,为C级;0.8≤EEI≤0.95,为D级;EEI>0.95,为E级。3.数据应用:能效指数是评估灯具能效的重要指标之一,灯具出厂前进行等效分析,以适配天津市道路照明应用场景下的照明需求;同时也可为厂商优化灯具设计方案提供数据支撑,提高灯具的节能性能和使用寿命。

Lighting requirements for luminaires vary across different scenarios, such as the requirements for luminaire energy efficiency levels. By collecting parameters including input voltage, current, luminous flux and power factor of street lamps used for road lighting in Tianjin, we calculate the EEI to determine the energy efficiency level of the luminaires. This not only clarifies the lighting demand of luminaires in Tianjin’s road lighting scenarios, but also provides data support for manufacturers to optimize luminaire design schemes, thereby improving the energy-saving performance and service life of the luminaires. 1. Data Source: Before the luminaires leave the factory, randomly select finished street lamps intended for road lighting in Tianjin, and collect parameters such as their input voltage, current, luminous flux and power factor. 2. Data Processing (1) Energy Efficiency Index (EEI) Analysis for Luminaires Based on Collected Parameters: EEI = (I×V)×PF / Pref; where PF is the power factor, Pref is the reference power of the luminaire, and Φ_use is the effective luminous flux of the luminaire. When Φ_use < 1300 lm: Pref = 0.88×√Φ_use + 0.049×Φ_use; When Φ_use ≥ 1300 lm: Pref = 0.07341×Φ_use. (2) Energy Efficiency Level Classification: If EEI ≤ 0.11, it is Grade A++; if 0.11 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.17, it is Grade A+; if 0.17 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.24, it is Grade A; if 0.24 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.6, it is Grade B; if 0.6 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.8, it is Grade C; if 0.8 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.95, it is Grade D; if EEI > 0.95, it is Grade E. 3. Data Application: The energy efficiency index is one of the important indicators for evaluating luminaire energy efficiency. Conducting EEI analysis before the luminaire leaves the factory can ensure the luminaires meet the lighting requirements in Tianjin’s road lighting application scenarios. Meanwhile, it can also provide data support for manufacturers to optimize luminaire design schemes, improving the energy-saving performance and service life of the luminaires.
