Single-cell RNA sequencing of transition zone liver tissue after hepatic microwave ablation and untreated liver tissue in mice with colorectal liver metastases (PRJCA040486)

Microwave ablation stimulation was performed on the left liver lobe of mice with colorectal liver metastases. Three days later, the liver tissues of the unablated mice and the liver tissues in the ablated transition zone were taken for single-cell RNA sequencing to analyze the effect of ablation stimulation on the intrahepatic microenvironment in the ablated transition zone.
