This data was collected from a primarily Latino population in central North Carolina in Fall 2020 to examine risk factors for SARS-CoV-2 exposure. Index participants were workers in meatpacking or farming industries, and their household members were invited to enroll. Demographic, health, and behavioral data were collected. Serum and saliva were tested for SARS-CoV-2. Serum was later tested for RMSF and Ehrlichia IgG as a secondary analysis.
