This record is supplementary to the article by Estrella Gualda, Maria José Cáceres-Titos and E. Begoña García-Navarro entitled “New digital and social determinants of health regarding vaccination: Infodemic, disinformation, and conspiracy theories.” The deposit documents supplementary materials associated with the analysis of narratives on vaccination, infodemic, disinformation and conspiracy theories in English- and Spanish-speaking communities between 2020 and 2023. The study is based on a corpus of 821,797 original tweets — 575,573 in English and 246,224 in Spanish. This record includes two supplementary tables: Supplementary Table 1. The 1,000 most prevalent tokens in English and SpanishFile: Supplementary_Table_1.xlsx Supplementary Table 2. The 200 most frequent emojis in English and SpanishFile: Supplementary_Table_2.xlsx These supplementary materials expand and document the descriptive analyses presented in the article, particularly regarding lexical distribution and emoji use in digital narratives on vaccination, infodemic, disinformation and conspiracy theories. They support transparency, replicability and reuse of the results related to token and emoji frequency analyses in English- and Spanish-language Twitter data.
