The following details are recorded: date of hearing, number of case and whether charge or summons, prosecutor or complainant, defendant, offence or cause of action, Act and Section, fees chargeable or paid previous to hearing, dates fees paid, how disposed of, signature of magistrates, whether imprisoned, time allowed, or paid, etc., and date of payment and total amount.In the volume dating from 1912 to 1923, charges and summonses are separated and given half of the volume each. In the other volumes of this series, charges and summonses are recorded in one chronological sequence.
