This submission contains single-cell RNA sequencing data generated from human liver organoids exposed to N(epsilon)-carboxy-methyl-lysine (CML), a representative advanced glycation end-product (AGE). The liver organoids were derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and cultured under hepatic differentiation conditions. This dataset includes both untreated control and CML-treated groups. The aim of the study was to investigate cellular heterogeneity and fibrotic responses induced by CML exposure. These data support findings on CML-driven metabolic reprogramming and hepatic stellate cell activation.
