Corpus of relations between outcomes and significance levels

This dataset contains annotations of the relations between reported outcomes and their significance levels.
Tab-separated format is used. The file contains the following comumns:
filename, sentence text, outcome, primary outcome start position, primary outcome end position, reported outcome, reported outcome start position, reported outcome end position, label

The folder out_sig_rel contains the dataset splits for 10-fold cross-validation.
