Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Ski lifts in the Vosges department

“Ski lifts are public passenger transport equipment by funicular or rack rail, cable car, ski lift or any other equipment using carrying cables or tractors” (Art. L 342-7 of the Tourism Code).
Each lift is represented by a line symbolising the cable that connects the downstream station from the lift to the upstream station (possibly via an intermediate station).
All lifts are represented, i.e. the facilities authorised administratively to operate, even if they are not or are not operated little during the season for one reason or another (e.g. lack of snow) and old lifts more authorised to operate but still present on the ground.

“滑雪缆车（Ski lift）系指采用地面缆车（Funicular）、齿轨铁路（Rack rail）、架空索道（Cable car）或其他依托承载缆索或牵引装置的公共客运运输设备”，出自《旅游法典》（Tourism Code）第L 342-7条。每条缆车设施以线条表征，该线条象征连接缆车下行站点与上行站点的缆索，可经由中间站点中转。本数据集收录全部符合上述定义的缆车设施，即所有经行政主管部门许可可运营的设施，即便其因各类缘由（如降雪不足）在运营季内未运营或极少运营；同时亦包含虽已不再具备运营许可，但仍实地留存的老旧缆车设施。
