资源简介:
To elucidate the potential neuroprotective mechanism of ginkgolides, experiments in seven in vitro cell models that mimic the pathological processes of ischaemic stroke confirmed the antiplatelet properties of ginkgolides and their potential antiapoptotic, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective activities in the nervous system. The present study assessed the effects of DGMI and its three constituent monomers on seven cell models of pathological processes involved in ischaemic stroke by high-throughput transcriptome sequencing. The seven cell models include PMA-induced platelet secretion model of MEG-01, oxygen-glucose deprivation/reperfusion (OGD/R) model of differentiated SH-SY5Y cells, THP-1-derived foam cell model and inflammatory models of U251, HMC3, HUVEC-T1 and THP-1-derived macrophage.
