Bihiagrass (Paspalum notatum, grass) was used as the host plant and treated with abscular mycorrhizal fungi, Rhizophagus irregularis DAOM 197198, or not treated. 25 um pore size nylon mesh was used to separate root compartment and hyphal compartment. Roots can only grow within the root compartment while the hyphae can through the 25 um nylon mesh and grow in the hyphal compartment. The rhizobox was consturted with 5 mm thick acrylic plate and the farest 5 mm layer soil was collected as rhizosphere soil. And the soil within the root compartment was collected as rhizosphere soil. Then, the collected rhizosphere and hyphosphere soil were possessed phoD and pqqC sequencing to clear the phosphours solubilizing bacterial community changed with AM inoculation and niche.
