Dataset on Weather Conditions and Flight Decision Records for Hot-Air Balloons in Cappadocia Region (2023–2024)

This dataset contains meteorological records and operational flight suitability decisions for hot-air balloon flights in Cappadocia, Türkiye, covering the period from 2023 to 2024. The dataset includes daily observations (731 days in total) of key weather variables such as maximum and minimum temperature, wind speed, wind gusts, humidity, precipitation, snow depth, atmospheric pressure, cloud coverage, and visibility. Additionally, it provides a binary label indicating whether balloon flights were officially authorized and conducted (1) or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or administrative decisions (0).
