Data and code for: "Control of natural hazard events through emergency landscaping"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset includes data and code used in "Control of natural hazard events through emergency landscaping" (Lazarus, 2026 [preprint: https://doi.org/10.31223/X52N2B]). Data – Lazarus_EMLX_data.zip The data are compiled in a zip file, which contains: H_M_1996_F2_data.csv – data for wildfire containment vs spread rates, estimated from Fig. 2 in Hirsch & Martell (1996) EMLX_volc_Fujita.csv – data for natural vs water-cooled lava flow, estimated from Fig. 5 in Fujita et al. (2007) peak flow data from five UK gaging stations (Avon_Bathford_53018_gdf_copy.csv, Wye_Redbrook_55023_gdf_copy.csv, Tyne_Bywell_23001_gdf_copy.csv, STyne_Alston_23009_gdf_copy.csv, STyne_Haydon_23004_gdf_copy.csv), available from the UK National River Flow Archive (https://nrfa.ceh.ac.uk/data) 28 files of game-play data (2025....csv) returned by the numerical model DOZER, available at Lazarus (2025) Code – Lazarus_EMLX_Supp_300426.ipynb Also included here is a Python jupyter notebook ( with which to process these data and reproduce the quantitative plots (Figs. 2, 3 & 4) presented in the manuscript; note that Fig. 5 in the manuscript is produced using code available from DOZER (Lazarus, 2025).
